Stuart has also held roles as Dairy Account Manager Asia-Pacific at Danfoss (New Zealand) Ltd and Project Manager at Ashton Project Services. Throughout their career, Stuart has showcased their expertise in operations management, project management, and process improvement within the food and dairy industry.

Stuart Gouk completed their education at two institutions. In 1984, they attended Massey University where they pursued a degree in Dairy Technology, earning a Diploma in Dairy Tech. Stuart'sstudies in this field focused on food processing. Later, in 2009, they enrolled at MIT Sloan School of Management where they completed the Entrepreneurial Developments Program (EDP).

Mazoon Dairy Company(S.A.O.C) is a private equity initiative, supported by the Food Security Policy of the Sultanate of Oman. The recently incorporated company, has embarked on a greenfield integrated Dairy project in Oman. The planned project facility would have a state of art Dairy Farm, housing a Dairy Herd producing fresh raw milk, a Centralized Processing Plant (CPP) processing fresh milk , milk products and juices, a logistics and distribution network that would ensure a high numerical reach in Oman and in the wider region.
