Reena Nadkarni

After over a decade of highly skilled service to MBH, Reena’s nurturing of MBH’s Retail Studio as Studio Director and demonstrated business acumen made her a natural choice as MBH’s newest Principal. A licensed Architect and a LEED accredited professional, Reena has successfully executed large roll out programs for some of MBH’s top clients by implementing innovative expertise and serving as point of contact with a relationship-centric attitude. Beyond leading her team, she has a proven ability to understand business needs, strategically plan, and drive the firm’s growth. Reena has been instrumental in expanding MBH’s role in international markets and was a key player in opening MBH’s first international office in India. Reena continues to lead MBH’s Retail Studio as Principal while also serving as a leader for the entire firm. Reena earned a bachelor of architecture degree from L.S. Raheja School of Architecture in Mumbai, India.
