Andrea Case

Andrea Case possesses extensive experience in training, development, and leadership within the automotive and restaurant sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager in the Dealer Performance Group at Mercedes-Benz USA since June 2015, Andrea leads the implementation of innovative aftersales products. Previous roles include Director of Training Services at Precision Dynamics International, overseeing a team of facilitators across North America, and various director-level positions in training and development at Kauffman Tire, Metrotainment Cafes, Ted's Montana Grill, Applebee's, and Apple Creek Management Co., where significant contributions were made in program development and training operations. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Mercer University and served as President at Shiloh High School.
