Dwayne Harris

Dwayne Harris, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Aftersales Operations Manager at Mercedes-Benz USA since August 2012. In this role, Dwayne provides consultancy to dealers on Fixed Operations, ensuring compliance with policies and achieving operational goals. Previous positions at Mercedes-Benz USA include Remarketing Sales Manager and Area Remarketing Manager, overseeing various aspects of vehicle disposal and sales. Prior to this, Dwayne worked at Manheim from 1999 to 2012 in multiple managerial roles, including Assistant General Manager.
