Jordan Camarena has over two decades of experience in the automotive industry, primarily with Mercedes-Benz. Currently serving as Department Manager for Product Technical Support at Mercedes-Benz USA since December 2012, Jordan has held various roles within the company including Supervisor for Team BCE and Service Engineer for Advanced Driver Assist & Brake Systems. Prior to this, Jordan worked as Shop Foreman at Mercedes-Benz of North Palm Beach and at Mercedes-Benz of Santa Barbara, showcasing leadership and technical expertise throughout a career that began as a Technician at Mercedes Benz of Hoffman Estates.
