Prior roles include Senior Project Engineer for the City of Raleigh's Stormwater Management Division, where responsibilities encompassed program management for drainage assistance and stormwater maintenance, and project management for capital improvement projects. Chris also has experience as a Project Engineer at McKim & Creed, focusing on stormwater management design. Chris holds a Professional Engineer designation and is a Certified Floodplain Manager, with educational credentials from North Carolina State University.
