Tompkins Tom has over 35 years of experience in the food industry, specifically with McCain Foods. Since January 2011, Tom has served as the Customer Technical Support Manager for Export, following a long tenure at the same company where Tom held the position of Quality and Production Manager from October 1984 to January 2011. Tom's roles have encompassed production, technical service, and quality management focused on potato processing. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from St. Thomas University, obtained in April 1984.
