Ben Nicholson

Mr. Nicholson is a graduate of San Joaquin Memorial High School and Santa Clara University. After subsequently graduating with great distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, he immediately joined McCormick Barstow in 2005 where he has been practicing ever since. Mr. Nicholson has experience in all aspects of business litigation with a focus on issues and disputes facing the agricultural community. In addition to his work for clients, Mr. Nicholson currently serves as the Chair of the firm’s Business Litigation practice group and as its Hiring Partner.
