James Arklay

James Arklay is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in construction law. Currently serving as a Partner at McCullough Robertson since February 2021, James previously held the position of Senior Associate at both Corrs Chambers Westgarth from October 2018 to January 2021 and McCullough Robertson from April 2010 to September 2018, where James was appointed Senior Associate in 2016. Admitted to practice in 2012, James holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Construction Law from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Arts in Mandarin Chinese and Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from The University of Queensland, along with additional studies in Korean language at Yonsei University and Mandarin Chinese at Liaoning University.
