Wendy Myddleton

Wendy Myddleton is an experienced People Director currently serving at McGee since July 2019, with a focus on identifying and attracting top talent for the McGee Group. Prior to this role, Wendy worked at Laing O'Rourke from February 2015 to May 2018 as Practice Director Executive Search, where responsibilities included delivering strategic appointments and advising the executive leadership team on senior level talent acquisition for significant projects in the UK construction and infrastructure sectors. Wendy Myddleton holds a degree from the University of Surrey and has furthered education at Birkbeck, University of London, following secondary education at Guildford High School.
