Amanda Gaspar

Amanda Gaspar currently serves as a Customer Success Specialist at McGraw Hill Higher Education since December 2022, following a tenure as a Customer Success Representative at Pearson, where responsibilities included managing customer journeys and analyzing data for an extensive account portfolio. Prior to their roles in the education technology sector, Amanda worked as a Spanish teacher and academic advisor at Savannah Country Day School and Weston Public Schools, where Amanda facilitated lessons for grades 6-12 and participated in student government initiatives. Amanda's teaching experience also includes positions at Framingham Public Schools and various colleges, focusing on English language instruction for international students. Amanda holds a Master’s Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from UMass Boston and a Bachelor's Degree in Hispanic Language and Literature from Boston University, complemented by a study abroad program in Ecuador.
