Jeff Hoebel

At the age of 9, Jeff had a vision of getting a Construction Management degree from Chico State and he never lost that vision. After receiving a degree in Construction Management from Chico State University in 2001, Jeff began his construction career with McGuire and Hester as a Project Engineer. Working with a Senior Project Manager, Jeff quickly picked up on the day-to-day duties of managing a construction project. In 2005 he was promoted to Project Manager and has managed a variety of heavy civil projects for McGuire and Hester, from the Bay Area to Sacramento, mainly focusing on Grading, Paving and Underground Projects. In 2007 Jeff began working as an Estimator, bidding both public and private works projects ranging from $50,000 to $5,000,000. In 2011, Jeff was given the opportunity to apply for the Sacramento Area Manger Position. Jeff was chosen and as Area Manager, he is responsible for overseeing all of Sacramento’s operations.
