Nick DeStefano, MS, CPXP, is a seasoned leadership speaker and young professional expert, actively engaged in enhancing service excellence and patient care at McLeod Health since April 2021. Through DeStefano Leadership LLC, founded in June 2016, Nick teaches principles of leadership. Previously, Nick served as an Autism Awareness Trainer at Champion Autism Network from January 2020 to January 2023, contributing to nationwide training efforts, and as a Service Excellence and Leadership Trainer at Coastal Carolina University from July 2011 to April 2021. Additional roles include Coordinator of Leadership and Civic Engagement at Coastal Carolina University and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, where Nick emphasized functional fitness. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Organizational Management and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies, both from Misericordia University.
