Meribeth Gilbert, SHRM-CP, PHR has extensive experience in human resources and management. Meribeth is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at McLeod Software, a leading provider of transportation management software solutions. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior HR Consultant at Human Resources Management, where they provided services such as affirmative action plan development and compliance. Meribeth also served as a Talent Manager at McLeod Software, where they contributed to the development of comprehensive software solutions for the trucking industry. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Senior Human Resources Representative at Altec Inc., a provider of products and services to various industries, and worked as an Account Manager at Robert Half International, a specialized staffing services firm.

Meribeth Gilbert, SHRM-CP, PHR, earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Clemson University, where they studied from 1998 to 2001. In addition to their undergraduate education, they have obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2008, and the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in March 2015.
