Rick Rodgers has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Rick started their career in 2000 as a Print Production Coordinator and Graphic Designer at Intermark Group. Later, they transitioned to Account Services and held the role of Account Supervisor and Operations Manager. In 2011, they joined Strong, LLC as an Account Manager and worked there for two years before moving to Pinnacle Advertising as an Account Manager from 2013 to 2019. Currently, they are working at McLeod Software, where they have held various roles including Account Relationship Manager, Team Lead - Account Relationship Manager, Manager of ECS Support, and currently serves as the ECS Director of Customer Care & Support.

Rick Rodgers attended Oak Hill Academy High School from 1990 to 1993. Rick then pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design at Delta State University from 1993 to 1999.
