Dejana Corovic

Dejana Corovic, CHRL, CEBS, has extensive experience in human resources and compensation strategy, currently serving as Senior Manager Compensation at McMaster University since April 2013. In this role, Dejana is responsible for planning, analyzing, and developing strategies related to the university's total compensation program. Prior to McMaster University, Dejana held various positions at Softchoice from June 2007 to April 2013, including eCommerce Business Analyst, Human Resources Analyst, and Human Resources Administrator. Key achievements include data analysis for user adoption strategies, development of KPIs, and delivering training to sales teams. Dejana holds educational credentials from Mohawk College, completing studies from 2003 to 2007.
