Jessica Williams

Jessica Williams, M.Ed., serves as a Human Resources Specialist at MD7, where responsibilities include training and development, employee lifecycle management, HRIS data management, benefits and payroll support, employee relations, and engagement initiatives. With a progression from Human Resources Administrator to Coordinator, Jessica has successfully facilitated onboarding processes, managed recruitment, and driven employee engagement programs. Prior experience includes the role of Education Coordinator at Orlando Science Center, where Jessica oversaw STEM camp operations and staff management, and various positions at Walt Disney World, showcasing strong customer service skills. Jessica holds a Master of Education in Leadership and Management in Education from Trinity College Dublin, as well as degrees in Elementary Education and Liberal Arts.
