Will Adams is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in manufacturing and plant management. Currently serving as the Operations Manager for Flow Parts at MD&A since November 2021, Will has implemented lean manufacturing techniques throughout their career, notably as a Lead Turbine Parts Engineer at Hesperos Inc. and as Plant Manager at MD&A for several years. Previous roles include Service Center Manager at GE, where Will significantly increased sales and improved safety performance, and Vice President/Plant Manager at Creative Precision, overseeing operations in a high-tech manufacturing environment. Will holds a BS in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and has completed a Tool & Die Apprenticeship in Machine Tool Technology.
