Charles G. is currently the Vice President of Grants at The Meadows Foundation, a private foundation with a focus on improving the lives of Texans. Prior to this role, Charles has held various positions in organizations such as Bellwether Education Partners, Dallas Independent School District, Teach for America, and Harvard University. Charles holds a M. Ed. in Public Policy and Management from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a BS in Sociology from Texas A&M University.

The Meadows Foundation is a private family foundation on a mission to improve the quality and circumstances of life for the people of Texas now and in the future. Over the last 74 years, we have given more than $1.29 billion to support Texans through arts, civic and public affairs, education, health, and human services. We also foster our mission by providing collaborative, rent-free office space in the Wilson Historic District to nonprofits serving Texas.
