Nate Crain

Nate Crain currently serves as the Continuous Improvement Manager at Mears Group, Inc., responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives and Lean 6 Sigma projects to enhance employee morale and customer satisfaction while driving cost savings. With a 20-year career in the US Army, Nate held various leadership positions, including Chief of Staff and Director of Operations, where expertise was applied in managing logistics, operations, and training for large military organizations. Nate is a graduate of the U.S. Army School of Advanced Military Studies with a Master of Military Arts and Science, holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Webster University, and earned a Bachelor’s degree in German from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
