Howard Budd

Howard Budd is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in network and security architecture. Currently serving as System Architect - Network and Security at Med-Metrix since July 2018, Howard focuses on enhancing processes, hardware, software, and security within a complex data center environment that utilizes HP, EMC, Cisco, Fortinet, and VMware infrastructure. Previous roles include Network Support Engineer at Cisco Meraki, where Howard specialized in diagnosing and troubleshooting Meraki's product line, and Tier 3 Technical Support at Time Warner Cable, providing advanced customer support. Early career experiences include an internship as a Network Consulting Engineer at Cisco, as well as positions at Alfred State College as a Resident Assistant and IT Technician. Howard holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Network and System Administration and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Computer and Information Systems from Alfred State College.
