Phillip Sinclair has significant experience in aviation and healthcare, currently serving as Base Aviation Manager at Med-Trans Corporation since December 2014, overseeing compliance with regulations and daily operations for Helicopter Air Ambulance service in West Texas. Prior to this role, Phillip served in the US Army from May 1994 to October 2014, holding various pilot and command positions including Pilot in Command and Tactical Operations Officer, focusing on aircraft survivability and training for aircrews across different medical evacuation companies. Phillip also has nursing experience, having worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse at JTF-B and a Licensed Vocational Nurse at UTMB. Education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a degree in University Studies with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Texas Tech University.
