Ben Wilson is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software architecture, design, and implementation for embedded solutions in the medical device industry. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at MedAcuity since October 2014, Ben has previously held roles including Engineering Manager and Software Engineering Specialist. Prior experience includes serving as Principal Software Engineer and Software Engineering Team Lead at Logic Product Development, where responsibilities encompassed managing a team of engineers and overseeing project budgets and schedules. Earlier in their career at Mindspeed Technologies, Ben contributed to the development of firmware for VoIP processors and created Linux device drivers. Ben holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, earned in 2001.
