Currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition at Medallia since July 2015, Jessica oversees global recruitment for Engineering, Product, G&A, Marketing, and Strategy. Previous positions at Medallia include Head of G&A & Marketing Talent Acquisition and Talent Sourcer for R&D. Jessica co-founded Boobs4Food, a venture currently on hiatus, and holds past recruitment roles at the Addison Group and Ajilon Finance Solutions, specializing in Accounting and Finance. Jessica began a career in retail at J.Crew, progressing to Associate Manager and Market Trainer, after earning a B.A. in Communication from the University of Southern California.
