Maxime Callens has extensive experience in IT management and infrastructure, currently serving as the Head of Infrastructure and Service Delivery at Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) since October 2015. In this role, Maxime oversees IT operations across 30 countries with an annual budget of 2.5 MCHF, driving significant transformations including a cloud transition and cost reduction initiatives. Previous positions include IT Project Manager at MSF, where Maxime implemented connectivity strategies and coordinated ERP deployments globally, and ICT Manager at Saipem, where Maxime designed and deployed IT infrastructure for a gas-fired power plant. Maxime also has experience as Workshop Manager at VMAX Industry, CEO and Founder of RPM’s Zone, and IT Worldwide Engineer at SBM Offshore. Maxime holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from EPITECH.
