Koen Crabbe

Koen Crabbe is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure management and service delivery. Currently serving as Delivery Manager ICT Infrastructure at Mediahuis nv since July 2022, Koen leads an international team of 85 FTE, overseeing areas such as Service Desk, Workplace Management, Datacenter & Cloud Management, and Contract Management. Prior to this role, Koen spent 18 years at Christelijke Mutualiteit (CM) / Mutualité chrétienne (MC), holding various director-level positions where responsibilities included managing ICT infrastructure services and operations, covering aspects like ICT budget, purchasing, and quality management. Notable previous positions include ICT System Services Manager at LeasePlan and EDP Manager at ASCO Industries. Koen holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and completed a Middle Management Program at Vlerick Business School.
