Lisa Ihnat-Durbin

Lisa Ihnat-Durbin, MA, PHR, CDP, has over a decade of experience in corporate learning and development, currently serving at Medical Mutual since 2017 and as an instructor at the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education. Additionally, Lisa has been involved in staff development at University Hospitals since 2007, focusing on the Path Element Profile (PEP) for enhancing staff capabilities. Lisa's expertise extends to change management and training, having managed implementation strategies in previous roles, including at Hospice of the Western Reserve and VoicePro®, Inc. Lisa holds an Executive Coaching certificate from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, a Master’s degree in Psychology with a focus on Diversity Management from Cleveland State University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Business from John Carroll University.
