Pierre Berto

Pierre BERTO is an R&D Scientist at MedinCell, specializing in the formulation and characterization of polymeric materials for pharmaceutical applications since September 2018. Prior experience includes a doctoral research position at LCPO, where Pierre focused on the chemical modification of polybutadiene and polyisoprene to develop recyclable elastomers from September 2014 to August 2017. Pierre also conducted research on bio-sourced polymer modifications and their self-assembly properties during an engineering internship at LCPO in 2014, as well as synthesizing bio-inspired amphiphilic molecules at Inserm in 2013. Pierre holds a Doctorate in Polymer Chemistry, a Master 2 in Polymer Chemistry, a Master 1 in Biochemistry and Bio-organic Chemistry, and a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Biochemistry, all from Université de Bordeaux.
