Tammy Coutts

Tammy Coutts is an accomplished Principal Designer at MEDITECH since April 1993, specializing in user experience (UX) design and mentorship. With a focus on user-centered design, Tammy leads the General Financials project and serves as a UX mentor for the Imaging project, fostering collaboration among product designers and aligning user research with business objectives. Previous roles at MEDITECH include Lead Software Designer, UX/Usability, and various supervisory and analytical positions. Additionally, Tammy contributed as a Town Coordinator and Team Manager for Destination Imagination from October 2017 to March 2024, enhancing teamwork and organizational skills within the non-profit sector. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Rhode Island, along with studies at Bentley University and Rhode Island College.
