Aditi Ghirnikar

Aditi Ghirnikar, CQE ASQ, currently serves as the Quality Engineering Manager at Medtronic, leading the Post Market Quality team for Aortic products across Santa Rosa and Galway sites. Prior experience includes managing the Failure Analysis Team at PROCEPT BioRobotics, where significant improvements were made in complaint resolution and team growth. Aditi also held roles at Johnson & Johnson as a Senior Failure Analysis Engineer, enhancing product investigation processes, and at Abbott, providing manufacturing support for Class III implant systems. Additionally, Aditi has experience in medical device engineering and technical support from earlier positions. Aditi earned a Master's Degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Engineering from Dwarkadas J. Sanghvi College of Engineering.
