Buck Schroeder

Buck Schroeder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic operations, people analytics, and organizational culture. Currently serving as Senior Manager of GLLD Strategy and Executive Development at Medtronic since June 2025, Schroeder previously held key roles at Bumble Inc. as Associate Director of People & Culture and Senior Manager, focusing on employee engagement. Before this, Schroeder worked at Walmart, where contributions included leadership in global culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives as well as finance management within the company. Additional experience includes operational leadership at Chick-fil-A and internships in finance and operations.
