Devang Desai has extensive experience in engineering and program management, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager for Business Process Transformation at Medtronic since May 2016. Previous roles at Medtronic include Strategic Sourcing Program/Category Manager, Principal Supplier Excellence Engineer/Program Manager, and Senior Supplier Excellence Engineer/Program Manager. Prior to Medtronic, Devang worked at Saft as a Project Manager in Manufacturing Engineering & Automation, and held positions at LaBarge, Inc., American Technical Ceramics, and Minicircuits Scientific Components Corp. Devang's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida, a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor’s in Production Engineering from Fr.
