Ara Rodriguez has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Ara is currently working as the Global People Director at Super since July 2022. Prior to this, they were the Manager Human Resources Global at Latcom from January 2022 to July 2022. Ara served as the Head of HR at Administradora Sanatorial Metropolitana S.A. from March 2020 to January 2022. Before that, they worked as the Regional HR Manager at Torresec from November 2018 to March 2020. Ara started their career at Swiss Medical Group in February 2010 as a Generalist HR Coordinator and worked in various roles for over eight years until October 2018.

Ara Rodriguez completed their education in the field of Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. In 2004, they attended the Escuela Argentina de Negocios and obtained a Licentiate degree, which they completed in 2009. Ara continued their studies at the Universidad del Salvador from 2013 to 2015, where they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management. In 2017, they attended both ADCA and UADE, where they focused on the development of resources and leadership in the field of Human Resources. In 2018, they completed a coaching program at UADE, and in 2019, they participated in the Programa de Formación Gerencial de Gestión de las Personas at IDEA.
