Adrian Zaharia

Adrian Zaharia possesses extensive experience in category management and procurement within the retail sector, currently serving as Group Category Manager for Dry Food at MEGA IMAGE, a subsidiary of Ahold Delhaize Group, since June 2010. Key responsibilities include developing strategic directions, consolidating sales and profitability, initiating and implementing strategic projects, and negotiating with suppliers. Previously, Adrian managed the Drinks, Snacks, Coffee, and Tobacco categories and has a solid background as a Buyer for Drinks and Snacks. Earlier experience includes a role as Buyer for Drinks at Kaufland Romania. Adrian holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in German Language from Academia de Studii Economice din București and an Abitur from Colegiul National J.W. Goethe in București.
