Emily McCarthy is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the People & Culture Director at Megaport since January 2025, where collaboration with leaders across APAC, NAM, and EMEA supports strategic HR initiatives. Previously, as Chief People Officer at LexVeritas from June 2022 to January 2025, Emily focused on empowering mid-tier legal services through innovation and technology. Emily's career also includes roles such as Head of People & Development at LOD and co-founding Lexvoco, a legal, risk, compliance, and tech business. Educational qualifications include an MBA from The University of Sydney Business School and degrees in Law and International Relations from Griffith University.
