Since August 2018, Paul has been leading projects at MEGI ENGINEERING INC., after serving in a similar role at The Jacobs Group from March 2011 to August 2018. Paul also brings extensive experience from a 25-year tenure at erma engineering ag as a Partner, focusing exclusively on the pulp and paper industry. Paul holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Pulp and Paper from Lawrence University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Paper Science and Engineering from Western Michigan University.
