Karen Mak

Karen Mak currently serves as the Senior Manager of Government Affairs and Projects at Melco Resorts & Entertainment since December 2023. Prior to this role, Karen held various positions in event management, including Senior Public Relations Manager at Melco Resorts, and Senior Event and Entertainment Manager at Grand Lisboa Palace from July 2020 to November 2023. Responsibilities at Grand Lisboa included planning and executing a wide range of gaming and non-gaming events, coordinating with external partners, and managing event budgets. Previous experience includes roles at 澳門美高梅, Galaxy Entertainment Group, and Studio City Macau, where Karen demonstrated expertise in gaming events, promotions, and strategic marketing initiatives. Karen holds a Bachelor's degree in Events Management from Swiss Hotel Management School.
