Kelvin Lai

Kelvin Lai has extensive experience in service delivery within the entertainment sector, having worked at Melco Resorts & Entertainment since January 2015, where roles included Manager, Assistant Manager, and Senior Analyst in Service Delivery, as well as an intern in Entertainment & Project. Prior experience includes an Analyst position in Gaming Solutions at Galaxy Entertainment Group for a brief period in 2014 and support roles at Melco Crown Entertainment and Galaxy Macau from 2011 to 2014. Kelvin Lai holds a Bachelor's Degree in Event Management from the Institute for Tourism in Macau, completed in 2015, and completed high school studies focused on Art/Art Studies at The Workers's Children High School from 2003 to 2011.
