Precious Bale

Precious Bale, MBA, is an experienced educational leader currently serving as Principal at MELISSA ISD since June 2019. Prior to this role, Precious Bale held the position of Assistant Principal at both MELISSA ISD and DeSoto Independent School District from July 2018 to June 2019. Precious Bale's career in educational administration began at Alief ISD, where roles included Assistant Principal, Language Arts Specialist, and Teacher from August 2012 to July 2018, following a teaching position at Midland ISD from August 2009 to June 2012. Precious Bale's academic achievements include a Doctor of Education in Transformational Leadership from Concordia University-Portland, an MBA from Texas Woman's University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Houston.
