Mitko Popov has extensive experience in quality assurance and customer service. Currently a Quality Assurance Tester at Melon AD since August 2021, Mitko previously worked as a QA professional and intern at A1 Makedonija from July 2019 to July 2021. Prior to this, Mitko served as a Procurement and Sales Associate at Market М-3 Trading from October 2013 to June 2019, where responsibilities included supplier coordination, sales planning, and customer relationship management. Early career experience includes roles as a receptionist at Marine Village Resort during work and travel programs in 2012 and 2013, focusing on guest interaction and reservations. Mitko holds a degree in Economics from FON, obtained in 2014.
