Margie Smith Holt

Margie Smith Holt is an accomplished Managing Partner at re:Write, a role held since January 2012, while also serving as a Volunteer Writing Mentor and Editor at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. With extensive experience as an Independent Journalist from September 2007 to December 2012, Margie focused on writing, editing, and producing content for various notable organizations, including the Philadelphia Orchestra and NBC affiliate in Philadelphia. Previous roles include Reporter/Anchor/Writer at CBS News and Adjunct Professor of Journalism at Temple University. Margie has also held prominent positions as Director of Communications at the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts and Television News Anchor/Reporter at WPHL-TV. Margie earned a B.A. in Journalism from New York University.
