Allison Koo currently serves as Senior Vice President at Menlo Equities since September 2023. Prior to this role, Allison was the Managing Director at Sand Hill Property Company from February 2011 to June 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing property development and managing relationships with local municipalities. Allison earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management between 2008 and 2010 and gained experience in acquisitions and asset management as an intern at The Laramar Group, LLC in 2009. Earlier in the career, Allison worked as an Associate at NAI BT Commercial, successfully negotiating multiple lease and sales transactions, and as an Assistant at the William Morris Agency in the Motion Picture Literary Group. Educational background includes a degree from the University of Pennsylvania and attendance at Castilleja School.
