From 2014 to 2017, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik at Technische Universität Darmstadt. After completing their bachelor's degree, Nils continued their education at the same institution and pursued a Master of Science degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik. This program lasted from 2017 to 2020. In 2019, Nils also had the opportunity to study at LUT University for a one-year period, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Business Administration.

In addition to their formal education, Nils Hoffmann obtained a certification in "Growth for Product Managers" from One Month PM in April 2023.
