Kristie Howard, CEBS, CWWPC, serves as the Senior Vice President of Customer Success at meQuilibrium since November 2018, previously holding the role of Vice President in the same area. With a focus on managing organizational change and enhancing employee wellbeing, meQuilibrium is recognized for its clinically validated resilience platform. Additionally, Kristie has extensive experience in leadership roles, including Director of Consulting Services for the Worksite Wellness Council of Massachusetts and various positions at Mercer and Gallagher, among others. Kristie co-founded the Worksite Wellness Council of Massachusetts, where leadership capabilities were demonstrated as Chair of the Board of Directors and Board Co-Chair. Educational qualifications include a B.A. in Psychology from Emory University, certification as a Worksite Wellness Program Consultant from The Chapman Institute, and designation as a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist from The Wharton School.
