Leah Pason is currently the Chief People Officer at Merakey, a leading developmental, behavioral health, and education provider. Leah has been with the company since June 1998, previously holding the titles of Executive Vice President of Corporate Administration and Chief Strategy Officer. Prior to Merakey, Leah worked at NHS Human Services as a Senior Vice President and at Magellan Behavioral Health as an Account Executive. Leah also briefly served as a Member at Beacon. Leah holds a Master of Health Administration degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University.
