Ed King has extensive work experience in the broadcast industry, primarily in consultancy and program management roles. Ed is currently working as an Engagement Director at Merapar. Previously, from 2019 to 2021, they served as a Senior Programme Manager at Grass Valley. Before that, they founded Kickstone Consulting and provided consultancy services to the broadcast industry. Ed also undertook program management assignments with various companies, including Grass Valley, Miranda/Grass Valley, and Pace plc. Ed King has also held positions as Business Development Director at Juniper Networks, Business Partner Director at Ericsson Television Limited, and various roles at TANDBERG Television. Ed began their career as an Installation and Service Manager at Siemens ElectroCom.
Ed King attended Bournemouth University from 1993 to 1995, where they obtained a 1st Class BSc (Hons) degree in Engineering Business Development.
