Dave Kostaroff

Dave Kostaroff is an accomplished database technology leader with extensive experience in the field of database management and infrastructure. Currently serving as the Database Technology Leader at Merative since July 2022, Kostaroff previously held significant roles at IBM Watson Health, where responsibilities included overseeing all aspects of database operations, and at Truven Health Analytics, where leadership was demonstrated through management of database engineering teams and interim directorial duties. Kostaroff also has experience at Thomson Reuters and Domino's Pizza, where early career contributions laid a strong foundation in programming and analytics. Kostaroff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Ferris State University.
