Konrad F. Deiters is an accomplished professional with over 18 years of experience in developing and executing business strategies, primarily within the realms of M&A advisory and transaction services. Currently serving as a Global Commercial Leader for M&A Advisory Services at Mercer since June 2016, Konrad has held various leadership roles, including M&A Transaction Services Leader for the International Region and Global Consulting Leader for Career and M&A Transaction Services at Mercer. Prior to this, experiences include market leadership in Talent Central Europe at PwC and heading International Employee Benefits at Gerling Pensions Management. Konrad's expertise extends to advising corporate clients and private equity organizations on human capital implications during transactions and restructuring. Educationally, Konrad pursued studies at Babson College from 2002 to 2003.
