Megan McCarthy

Megan McCarthy, PMP®, is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in growth operations and marketing communications. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Growth Operations Leader at Mercer since February 2023, Megan previously held a Senior Project Manager role at Medix™ from April 2019 to February 2023, and served as a Project Manager at The Planet Group, MorganHR, Inc., and Publicis Touchpoint Solutions. An early career at LOYOLA CENTER FOR HEALTH AT BURR RIDGE as an Office Manager and multiple roles at Mercer, including Senior Marketing Communications and Knowledge Management Specialist, underscore expertise in strategic project management, knowledge sharing, and competitive intelligence. Megan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and completed additional education at the University of Illinois Chicago in 2018.
