Lea Homfeld

Lea Homfeld has significant experience in leadership roles within the pharmaceutical and consulting industries. Currently, Lea serves as the Head of LSS Business Transformation and holds multiple director positions including Director of LSS Strategy & Business Performance, Director of CDMO Strategy, and Director of Group Strategy at Merck Gruppe since June 2018. Prior to this, Lea worked at Bain & Company from July 2006 to March 2018, progressing to the position of Manager. Lea holds a Diploma in Mathematics with Computer Science from Technische Universität Darmstadt, where studies were completed from 2001 to 2006, and also spent time studying at Trinity College Dublin from 2003 to 2004.
